Deposits
All functions will be considered tentative until a deposit check has been received. Deposits are non-refundable.

Guarantees & Menu Selections
It is a requirement that the Riverhouse is notified of the exact number of attendees by 12:00 noon three business days prior to the event. Should the catering director not receive the requested guarantee, the original contracted amount will become the guarantee. We will prepare for 5% above your minimum guarantee. Should your final guarantee reflect a reduction of 15% or more of the expected attendance, The Riverhouse Restaurant reserves the right to move your function to a more suitable space or charge a facility fee. For unexpected attendance over and above the original 5% guarantee, an additional $5.00 per person surcharge will be applied. Overages past 5% will be accommodated with the “chef”s choice” of substitution. Full charges will be assessed for any function cancelled within five working days of the scheduled date. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing between the hours of 10:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Payment
Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. Balance is due upon completion of the event. We must have an authorized credit card on file for payments made by check.

Valet
There is a $6.00 service charge for each car parked by the concessionaires who operate the valet service. This is not a restaurant charge, but is mentioned here as a courtesy. This charge may be added to your check as a courtesy to your guests.

Entertainment
All entertainment must be approved in advance by The River House. Entertainment must be under management control for volume level and content.

Package Receiving
The Riverhouse will accept packages within 72 hours of your program. Packages need to include the following:
• Name of group, Name of company contact, Name of restaurant contact, Name and dates of actual meeting.
• At the conclusion of your function, all related equipment, crates, etc, must be removed from the premises no later than the last day of the actual function. The Riverhouse will not be responsible for stolen items.

Sales Tax
All charges are subjected to a 6.0% Florida Sales Tax.

Gratuity
A 21.0% gratuity is applied to all food and beverage charges.
