
Catering Policies
Deposits
All functions will be considered tentative until a deposit check has been received. Deposits are non-refundable.
Menu Selections
We highly recommend selecting one menu item for your guests. Our experience indicates that this will enhance your enjoyment. In the event that you would like to offer your guests a choice of entrees, a list noting each guest's selection must be submitted to us 72 hours in advance of the function.
Guarantees
We require a guest count three business days in advance of your function. This count reflects the number of people that we will purchase food and prepare for.
Payment
Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. Balance is due upon completion of the event. We must have an authorized credit card on file for payments made by check.
Valet
There is a $6.00 service charge for each car parked by the concessionaires who operate the valet service. This is not a restaurant charge, but is mentioned here as a courtesy. This charge may be added to your check as a courtesy to your guests.
Entertainment
All entertainment must be approved in advance by The River House. Entertainment must be under management control for volume level and content.
Sales Tax
All charges are subjected to a 6.0% Florida Sales Tax.
Gratuity
A 21.0% gratuity is applied to all food and beverage charges.
